BIGOTTINO

BIGOTTINO is a cosy apartment with a private garden and terrace, supplied with a barbecue. It stretches over two floors and on the entrance level, it offers a small but functional kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower level, you find a twin bedroom with ensuite WC/sink and a direct access to the garden.

BIGOTTO

BIGOTTO consists of two floors.
On the entrance level, you find a large eat-in kitchen with a romantic open fireplace and a small staircase leads to a capacious, comfortably furnished and covered terrace. Right on your doorstep you also have a barbecue at your disposal. The upper floor comprises one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms each with shower.

LEONELLA

LEONELLA’s remarkable high ceilings and tasteful living room give you a warm welcome to this beautiful ground level apartment, which is also suitable for wheelchair access. The large kitchen with a big marble table for dining and an open fireplace is located on the right side. On the left side you find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms, both with shower. On the covered terrace of our “Taverna”, guests of LEONELLA will find a reserved space to enjoy meals outside.

CASTELLO

CASTELLO is reached by a staircase made of original “Matraia stone” of the 16th century, which leads you to a large eat-in kitchen with a beautiful antique terracotta stove. The apartment offers one spacious double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with shower. Besides that, you are able to enjoy a breath-taking view over the surrounding area from a private roof terrace.

Additional Information

Extras

The apartment rates per week (7 nights, usually from Saturday to Saturday) include the use of water, electricity and gas, pool access, unattended parking and WIFI. The rates do not include obligatory extra costs for linen, towels and final cleaning (please check detailed price list per apartment for further information). While staying with us in one of our apartments all residents will receive a 10% discount in our on-site shop. Please note: if a tourist tax is applicable, it has to be paid directly at the reception.

Terms and conditions

Payment: In order to finalize your reservation we kindly ask you to pay your rental fee via credit card (MasterCard or Visa) in advance. On receipt of the respective amount, we will immediately confirm your reservation via E-mail.

Check-in: Saturday from 3 – 6 pm (in case of late arrival please get in touch with us directly)
Check-out: Saturday before 10 am

If you cancel a reservation

up to 60 days before the date of your confirmed arrival, 50 % of the rental fee will be charged,
up to 30 days before the date of your confirmed arrival, 70 % of the rental fee will be charged,
up to 14 days before the date of your confirmed arrival, 100 % of the rental fee will be charged.

Eventually (but not guaranteed) we might issue a voucher for a future stay with us.

My husband and I recently visited COLLEVERDE and fell in love with the area! The estate and grounds are just beautiful. We enjoyed a wine tour and explanation of olive trees, the picking and pressing process and an olive oil tasting. We loved the cooking class and lunch with wine pairings after. We left yearning to visit again.
