The “Tagliere formaggi” offers a selection of local cheeses manufactured by small producers in the area still using traditional production methods. The cheeses are handmade with love and attention for the final product and the welfare of animals. Hence the assortment we offer depends on and may vary due to seasonal production.

Duration: approx. 1 – 2 hour
For private persons: bookings of our Tour, Tasting, Tagliere and Light Lunch will be confirmed upon the receipt of your credit card details. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation will be fully charged.
Cooking Class for private persons:
Conditions: In order to finalize your reservation we kindly ask you to leave your credit card details with us in order to charge a deposit of 30% of the total amount due. The residual amount will be charged 48 hours in advance of your appointment and is not refundable.
Cancellations: Up to 30 days before the date of your confirmed appointment your deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is communicated outside of the above stipulated period, the deposit is not refundable. The cancellation has to be in written form.
Tour and Tasting with a Light Lunch
Our guided wine and olive oil tour is followed by a light lunch (if you prefer the vegetarian/vegan menu please get in touch with us in advance) which includes the tasting of three of our excellent wines and our outstanding olive oil. Tuscan cuisine is always a delight to all senses!

A wine tasting in one of the most renowned Wine Resorts in Lucca is simply a must. You are welcome to sample either three or five of our award winning red and white wines and enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area in the meantime.
Besides historical facts and figures, we will provide an insight into the production of organic extra-virgin olive oil in one of the very few estate-owned olive oil presses in the area. This means: from harvest to the final product all steps take place on-site. Furthermore you will learn a lot about the different grapes, organic viticulture, the complexity of the fermentation of grapes and the secrets of aging processes in oak barrels
Luca, our chef will provide an unforgettable culinary experience for you. By participating in our cooking courses, you will get the chance to relish traditional Tuscan cuisine in combination with our award winning red and white wines and olive oil.
