LEONELLA was renovated in May 2020 and its remarkable high ceilings and tasteful living room give you a warm welcome to this beautiful ground level apartment, which is also suitable for wheelchair access. The large kitchen with a beautiful marble table for dining and an open fireplace is located on the right side. On the left side you find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms, both with shower.

To enjoy meals outside, guests of Leonella are welcome to use the covered terrace of our Taverna (also fully accessible), which is additionally equipped with a barbecue.

All apartments of Fattoria COLLE VERDE as well as the separate VILLA NARDINELLO are are furnished and equipped with a great attention to detail and some of the antique furniture originally belonged to the household of the Villa Guinigi. Here the famous Guinigi family who are the founders of Fattoria COLLE VERDE traditionally spent their summer months.

The apartments LEONELLA and CASTELLO are situated above the wine cellar in a building dating back to the 16^th century. Residents have free access to our shared swimming pool.

Extras

The apartment rates per week (7 nights, usually from Saturday to Saturday) include the use of water, electricity and gas, pool access, unattended parking and WIFI. The rates do not include obligatory extra costs for linen, towels and final cleaning (please check detailed price list per apartment for further information). While staying with us in one of our apartments all residents will receive a 10% discount in our on-site shop. Please note: if a tourist tax is applicable, it has to be paid directly at the reception.

Terms and conditions

Payment: In order to finalize your reservation we kindly ask you to pay your rental fee via credit card (MasterCard or Visa) in advance. On receipt of the respective amount, we will immediately confirm your reservation via E-mail.

Check-in: Saturday from 3 – 6 pm (in case of late arrival please get in touch with us directly)
Check-out: Saturday before 10 am

If you cancel a reservation

up to 60 days before the date of your confirmed arrival, 50 % of the rental fee will be charged,
up to 30 days before the date of your confirmed arrival, 70 % of the rental fee will be charged,
up to 14 days before the date of your confirmed arrival, 100 % of the rental fee will be charged.
Eventually (but not guaranteed) we might issue a voucher for a future stay with us.

BIGOTTINO

BIGOTTINO is a cosy apartment with a private garden and terrace supplied with a barbecue. It stretches over two floors and on the entrance level, it offers a small but functional kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower level, you find a twin bedroom with ensuite WC/sink and a direct access to the garden.

BIGOTTO

BIGOTTO also consists of two floors. On the entrance level, you find a large eat-in kitchen with a romantic open fireplace and a small staircase leads to a large, comfortably furnished and covered terrace. Right on your doorstep you also have barbecue at your disposal. The upper floor comprises one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms each with shower.

CASTELLO

Occupancy 6 guests

CASTELLO ist reached by a beautiful original staircase made of “Matraia stone” of the 16^th century which leads you to a large eat-in kitchen with a beautiful antique terracotta stove. The apartment offers one spacious double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Besides that, you are able to enjoy a breath-taking view over the surrounding area from a glass covered roof terrace. For barbecues, guests of CASTELLO are able to use the covered terrace of our Taverna.

VILLA NARDINELLO

Occupancy 12 guests

VILLA NARDINELLO, a 17^th century farmhouse with private pool and about 500 metres away from the main premises is temporarily closed due to renovation work.

My husband and I recently visited COLLEVERDE and fell in love with the area! The estate and grounds are just beautiful. We enjoyed a wine tour and explanation of olive trees, the picking and pressing process and an olive oil tasting. We loved the cooking class and lunch with wine pairings after. We left yearning to visit again.
