Luca, our chef will provide an unforgettable culinary experience for you. By participating in our cooking courses, you will get the chance to relish traditional Tuscan cuisine in combination with our award winning red and white wines and olive oil.
In small groups and a relaxed atmosphere, one of the highlights is undoubtedly the preparation of your own homemade pasta.
Of course, these classes at Fattoria COLLE VERDE also include a guided tour of our winery and the estate-owned olive oil press.

A wine tasting in one of the most renowned vineyards in Lucca is simply a must. You are welcome to sample either three or five of our award winning red and white wines and enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area in the meantime.
Our guided tours will provide an insight into the production of organic extra-virgin olive oil in one of the very few estate-owned olive oil presses in the area. Furthermore you will learn about the different grapes, organic viticulture, the fermentation of grapes and the secrets of aging in oak barrels.
Choose between a Wine Tasting paired with a selection of local artisan cheeses or a Wine Tasting paired with a light Lunch.
