Discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine

Luca, our chef will provide an unforgettable culinary experience for you. By participating in our cooking courses, you will get the chance to relish traditional Tuscan cuisine in combination with our award winning red and white wines and olive oil.

In small groups and a relaxed atmosphere, one of the highlights is undoubtedly the preparation of your own home-made pasta.

Of course, these classes at Fattoria COLLE VERDE also include a guided tour of our Wine Resort with a visit of the estate-owned olive oil press as well as a tasting of three of our award winning red and white wines.

For private persons: bookings of our Tour, Tasting, Tagliere and Light Lunch will be confirmed upon the receipt of your credit card details. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation will be fully charged.

Cooking Class for private persons:
Conditions: In order to finalize your reservation we kindly ask you to leave your credit card details with us in order to charge a deposit of 30% of the total amount due. The residual amount will be charged 48 hours in advance of your appointment and is not refundable.

Cancellations: Up to 30 days before the date of your confirmed appointment your deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is communicated outside of the above stipulated period, the deposit is not refundable. The cancellation has to be in written form.

Wonderful stay at COLLE VERDE and amazing wine tasting and beautiful olive oil.

My husband and I recently visited COLLE VERDE and fell in love with the area! The estate and grounds are just beautiful. We enjoyed a wine tour and explanation of olive trees, the picking and pressing process and an olive oil tasting. We loved the cooking class and lunch with wine pairings after. We left yearning to visit again.

Excellent day, lots of fun and laughter. Lots of new friends. Highly recommend! Excellent wine!

Great place. Awesome tour of the winery and olive oil areas. My wife and I really enjoyed the wine tasting.
